Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST)

Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch, hands-on approach that helps the body release tension, restore balance, and support the nervous system. By working with the natural rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid CST encourages the body's own healing processes--promoting calm, alignment, and function.

Why CST?

CST uses only the weight of nickel in touch, and is used to support the body's rest and digest state. It addresses pain, tension and stress from the inside out.

Infants and children respond especially well to CST because of their rapidly developing nervous systems. Birth can be stressed on a baby's head, neck, and spine--even in smooth deliveries.

CST may help with:
Breastfeeding challenges and latch issues

Colic

Reflux/Spit up

Digestive discomfort

Torticollis or head preference

Flat spots (plagiocephaly)

Developmental delays and sensory concerns

Sleep difficulties and irritability

and much more their first few months of life

Parents often notice their child is more relaxed, sleeps better, and feeds more easily after a session.

CST for Moms
